Welcome. Whoever you are, you are welcome.
Thank you for visiting. Here you will find out about work I do, current events and how to stay connected. I hope you find what you are looking for and whatever you need to activate your gifts on behalf of this broken and beautiful world.
As fast as the modern industrial growth society, fueled by fear and separation, devours our relatives (people, trees, water, animals, minerals, mountains, languages), personal and collective healing and transformation is occurring as many wake up to the inextricable web of relationships in which we find ourselves and our responsibility to the whole. The movement from separation to communion is the heart of all the work. These times require us to show up in our fullness, know we are worthy and belong in the deepest place in our soul, and bring forth our unique gifts to contribute toward a culture of beauty and justice for all. To do this, we must dismantle the familial and cultural conditioning that has us believe anything otherwise. We are not meant to do this alone. There is support along the way to help you remember who you are and awaken your soul's calling. We live in a society of forgetting, we are holy rememberers. I am honored to be with you on the journey.
Foundational elements of the work:
Mindfulness. Dreams. Nature Intimacy. Bearing Witness. Listening. Ritual. Beauty. Gratitude. Grief. Reciprocity. Rites of passage. Presence. Mutuality. Justice. Wholeness. Interconnectedness. Love. Embodiment. Service.
You might ask...
How do I serve myself, others and the planet with the wholeness of my being? How do I find and offer my gifts on behalf of this wild and precious world? How has my life experience prepared me for what I am here to do?

“The most remarkable feature of this historical moment on Earth is not that we are on the way to destroying the world — we've actually been on the way for quite a while. It is that we are beginning to wake up, as from a millennia-long sleep, to a whole new relationship to our world, to ourselves and each other.”
Joanna Macy

Gratitude
I am beyond grateful to the earth, water, wind and sun, the cosmos, animals, plants and trees, and many faces of nature, and specifically to the place I have called home for many years, the chapparal and oak woodlands, for illuminating my essential belonging and showing me how to live in right relationship.
I am also grateful to my human mentors, including Adela Barcia, Virginia 'Gigi' Coyle, Martin Prechtel, Deena Metzger, Joanna Macy, Francis Weller, and my beloved family and friends and the many brave and beautiful people with whom I have had the privilege of working.
